We are here to make one of the toughest times of your life, a little more easy.

Our services

Western Memorial sand blasts engravings that includes font and pictures (not laser).

We have a mobile service for adding lettering to a monument in the cemetery. This can include a final date, family name to the back of a monument, additional names, new designs, etc.

We are able to keep our costs affordable as we are a stand alone company, and not paying commissions to funeral homes or agents.

Before purchasing a monument from Western Memorial company, you need to know the regulations the cemetery may have. Below are some questions you need to ask.

  1. What kind of monument is allowed? Are there size restrictions?
Cemeteries will tell you the size regulations and types of monuments allowed for your plot.

  2. Do I need a permit and is there a cost for this?
Cemeteries could have fees for upkeep or the installation of the monument. If fees are not paid, they will not allow the monument at all.

  3. Am I located in a section for flat markers?
Cemeteries could have this type of section and they are specific to thickness and size.

  4. Do you have a single or double plot?
This will determine the size of your marker.

  5. Does the marker have to be 3 or 4 inches in thickness?
The cemetery will have its own regulations.

  6. What type of material is required?
Some cemeteries only allow granite markers while other cemeteries only allow bronze markers.

  7. Are there color restrictions?
Western Memorial offers only black granite markers, so confirm with the cemetary if this is acceptable.
